Using the skills of project manager, to get back into the budget I decided to follow the renovation of the house purchased. I could thus save 50%. The realization time has increased significantly. There were syntactical errors in the execution of the works, but a comparison with acquaintances shows common latencies given by the high fragmentation (all Italian) of the site activities. I have also waited months for the estimates. The longest was 1 month for a quote consisting of a single item given by the calculation of "mq * tariff + hours in economy". In another quote they were instead estimated. The differences between the estimates were considerable.
During these works I met Alpac Srl, which I then gave advice to the technical office.
